What Types of Light Wood Beds Are Available?

We’re fortunate to have our own in-house manufacturing facility. We don’t use middlemen, nor do we bulk-buy our beds from suppliers. This means that we’re able to produce all our bed styles in any one of our darker colours, from the likes of maple to beech, and even untreated finishes.

As a practical choice, storage beds are a great option. These bed frames come with integrated storage underneath to store away your bedtime essentials, be that fitted sheets or spare pillows. 

If you’re less practically inclined and instead prefer form over function, our grandiose four poster canopy beds will be a great fit. These tall, beautifully constructed frames elevate the appearance of any bedroom.

What Sizes of Light Wood Beds Are Available? 

We make our light wood beds in every size imaginable. However, if your needs are a little out of the ordinary, we can even build a custom made to measure bed based on your measurements.

Light wood twin/single beds: As one of the smaller sizes we make, the twin/single bed is great for kid’s rooms while trying to be space efficient. These frames measure 39” x 75” (3ft 3” x 6ft 3”).

Light wood full/double beds: As a slight upgrade over the twin/single, you can also opt for a full/double bed. These frames aren’t quite as large as the full XL bed, but they can still provide ample space for two sleepers to enjoy without feeling cramped. The full/double adds 15” (38cm) of width over the twin/single, while retaining the same length. 

Light wood queen beds: As we approach the larger bed frames on the market, our first stop is the Queen bed. This frame adds 6” (15cm) of width over the full/double, and 5”(12.7cm) of length, with a final measurement of 60” x 80” (5ft x 6ft 8”).

Light wood California king beds: With a California king, you’re really starting to spoil yourself. Inspired by the sunshine state itself, these frames add 12” (30cm) of width over the Queen bed, and 4” (10cm) of length.

Light wood king beds: Sleep like royalty with a king size light wood bed. At this size, space is no concern and you’re happy to prioritise your comfort. These frames at 4” (10cm) of width over the California king, all while measuring 4” shorter.
