Wow, I love this bed, we put it together immediatly and it looks so beautiful in the bedroom - love the stain color I chose, goes so great with our hardwood floors.
This is a well crafted and quality bed - I really highly recommend this company!!!

I was a little nervous as there were some bad reviews from other us customers. However, my experience was fantastic. The bed shipped quickly, and arrived on time. The whole thing was in perfect condition, and the frame is STUNNING. I will say, the instructions are mildly cryptic, but any experiences adult-legoer will be just fine. I was missing a few screws, but customer service responded immediately and offered to cover the cost of purchasing them locally.

The bed frame is STURDY, and not creaky which I was a little worried about.

My bed frame is exactly what I wanted. Solid pine wood, natural finish. Plenting of slats for support. Professionally made. Simple instructions. Quality hardware. All wood fit together with ease. Shipping was easy and arrived on time and in good condition. Business is professional.

Nice craftsmanship

The company was responsive and friendly. I was happy that I bought a Low Tokyo Bed with them. The bed was not delivered on the date it was supposed to arrive... but I don't believe it was the company's fault. It probably had something to do with the courier. I would say that if you're not in a huge rush for your bed to be delivered, then you'll be fine. Honestly, the bed I got is VERY cool and totally worth the price. I'm super happy with it. No regrets here.

The bed is lovely, relatively easy to put together and really good quality wood. We made custom adjustments - wanted a taller frame for under Ed storage - and the first version wasn’t exactly what we had had ordered, but customer service sent us new pieces very quickly and we wound up with a fabulous bed that stores our wardrobe boxes.
