We purchased our bed frame from Get Laid Beds (GLB) back in March, and after months of researching solid wood bed frames, I’m so glad we chose them. The low-profile design is exactly what we were looking for, and the quality is absolutely exceptional—even better than we expected.

One of the biggest deciding factors for us was the variety of unique designs and color options, especially being able to choose a white finish. GLB offered the most customization out of all the companies we looked at, which really set them apart.

Shipping initially hit a snag due to issues with the first courier (not GLB’s fault), and unfortunately, the bed frame was sent back to the UK. But GLB quickly arranged a new courier, and once it arrived in the U.S., the bed was delivered promptly with no damage to any of the 9 boxes.

What truly stood out to me was GLB’s exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I spoke with two incredibly helpful representatives over the phone and had multiple email exchanges with their team, who were always quick to respond and very supportive. In a frustrating situation, their professionalism and responsiveness made all the difference.

We’ve now been using the bed for several months, and we absolutely love it. The frame is solid, beautifully crafted, and exactly what we hoped for.

That is beautiful. My husband is meticulous so it took him a long time to put it together. There was just one little piece that had a dig, but you can’t see it.

Easy shipping, straightforward build, design is beautiful, feels stable. Only test left is time. At first the hardware didn't match up with the list they provided, but later I realized the sheet was generic and the hardware provided was more than sufficient.

I really liked GLB website and the variety of beds available. I needed a custom bed. Being in the States, I knew so many things could go wrong. I am so glad I took the chance because GLB nailed the order! I love this custom size bed and I couldn't be more happy with its sturdiness and the black satin stain matches my existing furnishings. They were so very patient as we worked out the measurements. Very professional.
The only improvement necessary? Please update your assembly instructions! Somewhat confusing. Still, we got it together but it took a couple of hours. Maybe a step-by-step video? Thanks again!

The entire process was quick, easy and professionally handled. Once we ordered our beds, we received a delivery date of two weeks. AND it actually arrived sooner!

This is the second bed I buy from Get Laid Beds, as before I received the package in the estimated time frame. The bed arrived in perfect condition for the simplicity of the package. Initially, I was hesitant to use this website because of its name (ha ha!) but it turned out to be a reliable place to purchase my daughter's bed. She wanted the low oriental bed frame and the order was perfect! The bed was easy to assembly. I used a drill which helped make the building process easier. The wood seems pretty solid. And the bed came earlier than expected, which I was also worried about. I'm happy with my purchase!

I purchased two wood platform beds. The product is excellent and the service is excellent. If there are any issues - no matter how minor - be assured the issues will be addressed. Save time, have less anxiety and shop at Get Laid Beds.

Excellent quality and value for the price. This is significantly nicer than the bed I originally ordered online from Home Depot. I was a little nervous ordering from the UK (I'm in USA) but the whole process and shipping was seemless exceeding my expecations. The two beds are beautiful. I am very pleased. My only recommendation is if you are adding under bed storage, make sure you think hard and order enough so that you don't have regrets (like me) because the delivery fees are too high to warrant ordering the storage standalone. You want to order it all together. :)
