Packages arrived from Britain in good shape. Instructions were clear and simple. Wood finish was excellent and exceeded expectations. Assembly was easy and quick with all holes pre-drilled, so it took no more than screwing the frame together, less than 1/2 hour. The low bed frame is solid, sturdy, handsome and entirely satisfactory. This is a high quality bed frame at a very reasonable price.

I ordered a California King bed frame from you specifically because you advertised the slats as being very sturdy, and with his size mattress I thought that was important. No sagging! He received the frame on the day scheduled which I thought was great since it was shipped from the UK to San Diego, CA. He assembled it himself and had no issues. He says it looks and feels nice and sturdy, and he is very pleased with it.

The bed arrived safely and on time via DHL Express here in Bavaria, South Germany. The assembly and delivery progress was well communicated. The packaging is well-designed and almost entirely plastic-free. The instructions clearly explain how to assemble the bed. All screw sizes are labeled. The assembly is very precise.

The wood surfaces are high-quality and exactly as shown online. The wood makes a slight creaking sound when you turn over in bed, but it's not really bothersome. Everything is perfect!

All of the Get Laid Beds' customer service personell, with whom I have spoken, have been very helpful and polite. Because of that, they rate 5 stars.
