Bed Raffle Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
The competition is open to all customers who purchase a Country Manor Bed or Cotswold Bed from our website, regardless of size or finish, during the competition period. This offer is only available to the first 40 qualifying purchases.
Prize:
The first 40 customers to purchase a Country Manor Bed or Cotswold Bed will win the cost of their bed back. The prize is limited to the cost of the bed only, excluding delivery charges.
Exclusions:
This competition does not include the cost of delivery, installation, or any additional accessories or items purchased with the bed.
Refund & Repayment:
If a customer wins their money back and later chooses to return the bed for a refund, we reserve the right to reclaim the refunded amount. If the bed is refunded, we are entitled to refuse the refund or recover the amount of the prize from the customer.
Competition Period:
The competition is open until the first 40 qualifying purchases are made. The offer is limited to 40 beds sold during the competition period.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via phone or email within 10 business days of the competition closing. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of contact, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Opting Out:
Winners have the right to withdraw from the competition at any time. If you wish to withdraw, please contact us via email or phone, and we will remove you from the competition.
General Terms:
This competition is not transferable or exchangeable.
The decision of the company regarding the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, without notice.
Employees of the company and their immediate families are excluded from entering the competition.
